Connect your inventory

Inventory → “Vehicle inventory” → “Choose your dealership”. Enter the store's 5-digit zip code (and optionally the dealership name), then pick the right store from the results.

Connecting imports the current stock and shows “<Dealer>: N added, N refreshed”. After that the feed refreshes every day (8:00 server time) and a catch-up runs every hour if a refresh is missed — new cars appear and sold ones drop off automatically.

Only the account admin refreshes the cars; team members see the connected store but cannot change it.

Inventory → Vehicles → add a vehicle with year, make, model, trim, VIN, stock number, condition, price and photos. Hand-added vehicles live alongside the feed and are never removed by a refresh.

A FRDDY founder can assign a specific dealership to any page (Founder → page → Dealership: inherit the owner's, choose an existing one, or connect a new store). That page then shows that store's inventory even if the account's own dealership differs.

Pages with a per-page Inventory grant can also run their own dealership connection from the Inventory tab.

Inventory → Refresh settings lets the admin set the pricing disclaimer that prints under every price on the public inventory pages.
