Terms & Conditions

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure and are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Team accounts: the admin who sets up the workspace is responsible for the pages, seats and people they add to it.

Handles are assigned first come, first served and remain ours to license, not yours to own. We may reclaim a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is used in bad faith, or sits on an account that has been closed.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed for ten months of the listed monthly rate — two months free.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan features remain active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires it, past charges are not refunded.

We may change prices with reasonable notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we may keep your plan active for a short grace period before dropping the account to Free.

Do not use Frddy for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful: impersonation, malware, phishing, scraping the service, spamming the contacts you collect, or reselling the product as your own without a written agreement.

You are responsible for having permission to publish the content on your page and for complying with the professional, advertising and privacy rules of your industry.

You keep ownership of everything you publish and of the leads you collect. You grant us the licence needed to host, display and deliver that content to your visitors.

We keep ownership of the platform itself — the software, design and brand.

The verified badge is granted at our discretion after review, is not transferable, and can be removed if the information behind it changes or turns out to be inaccurate.

We work to keep the service available and publish incidents on our status page, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates legal risk. You can close your account at any time; publishing stops and your pages come down.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product before they take effect.
