Frddy

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This policy explains what Frddy (a Freddy Media product) collects when you use frddy.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.

Information we collect

Account information you give us: your name, email address, password (stored hashed), business name where applicable, job title and the content you publish on your page.

Page analytics: when someone visits or clicks a link on your public page we record the event with the referring source, UTM parameters where present, coarse device type and a timestamp. We do not build cross-site advertising profiles.

Leads you capture: submissions from your contact and newsletter blocks, including the fields you chose to collect and the attribution attached to that visit.

Billing information: when you subscribe, our payment processor handles your card details. We store only the subscription status, plan and billing period.

How we use it

To run your page and workspace, deliver your analytics and reporting, send the lead notifications you asked for, process subscriptions, provide support and keep the service secure.

We send service email — receipts, security notices and important product changes. Marketing email is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your leads are yours

We do not sell, rent or market to the contacts you capture. You can export them at any time, and deleting them in your workspace removes them from ours.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with the vendors needed to run the product — hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, and any integration you connect yourself, such as a CRM or a Zapier workflow. Each processes data on our instructions or yours.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your pages, leads and analytics, keeping only what we must for tax and accounting records.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate and support the service. No system is perfect — if something material happens we will tell you.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your information from your workspace, or by writing to us. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing.
