Lead attribution

How FRDDY tells you which salesperson, page and campaign a lead came from.

Every lead records

The page it was sent from (name and address), the salesperson behind that page, the lead type, the vehicle when relevant, and the traffic source: UTM source/medium/campaign/content/term, referrer and landing path when present.

In the Leads tab

Business accounts can filter by Salesperson (page), Department, Status, Lead type, Source and Channel, and see counts per salesperson. Export to CSV includes page, page URL, source and all UTM columns.

In your CRM

ADF/XML leads carry the salesperson as <vendor><contact> (name, email, phone, page URL), the dealership as <vendorname>, FRDDY as <provider>, and the comments line “Attributed to <name> via frddy.io/<slug>”. POST deliveries add the same as JSON in the X-Frddy-Lead header.
