Do we need IT to set this up?
No. Connect the rooftop's inventory once, paste your CRM's ADF email address, and invite salespeople by email. Most stores are live the same day.
What happens when a car sells?
It drops off every salesperson's page at the next sync and the slot is refilled automatically with the closest match. Nobody advertises a sold unit.
Can salespeople see each other's leads?
They see the leaderboard with their own row highlighted. Lead details stay with the owner, account admins and the salesperson they belong to.
